Head of Country - Dubai
Rob has significant experience in the foreign exchange industry, much of which has been in leadership positions.
Previously, Rob has worked at Vorto Trading Ltd, where he was the largest revenue generator and built a business line based on inward investment into the UK from Asian clients. He brings more than 15 years of foreign exchange experience to his role at Finseta.
Business Development Manager
Mollie Ellis joined Finseta in 2024 as a Business Development Manager, bringing a wealth of experience in international transfers and payment solutions. For the past two years, Mollie has lived in Dubai, working as a Partnership Manager, where she focused on building strong business relationships and fostering strategic partnerships in the foreign exchange industry.
Prior to moving to Dubai, Mollie gained valuable experience in the real estate sector in London, where she honed her skills in client management and business development. Mollie is excited to bring her expertise to Finseta, with a focus on expanding the company’s presence in the UAE.Â
Chief Operating Officer
Jordanna has been at Finseta for over 2 years. She is an integral member of our executive team with an unrivalled knowledge of the ins and outs of our business.
Jordanna is an experienced projects and operations leader who has worked across multiple industries. Jordanna has a strong track record of facilitating the management and growth of businesses of different sizes in the technology, real estate and finance sectors.
Jordanna specialises in ensuring the smooth running of companies with complex products and business models.
Chief Product Officer.
Declan has extensive experience leading product strategy and delivering value for customers and shareholders in the financial services industry, from working at large incumbents, high growth scale ups to start up Fintechs. Declan’s passion and strength lies in working with clients and customers to build high quality experiences.
Prior to Finseta, Declan was at Alpha Group Plc where in his time there, he managed core domains across the business, from payments, data, CRM and internal tooling.Prior to that he was at Lloyds Banking Group where he launched several customer travel money solutions , improved customer engagement, and shaped the mobile app digital strategy
Since joining Finseta, Declan has scaled payment processing and overhauled client experience. He’s built a market leading client platform, Finseta’s card programme, and developed a suite of payment orchestration integrations, including agency banking through Barclays.
Chief Information Officer
Head of Compliance & MLRO
Joshua has extensive experience across the Financial Service and Technology sectors, supported by a suite of professional qualifications.
Joshua is an professional member of various professional bodies and is an active part of the AML scene.
Most recently, Joshua was Head of Compliance at US based, TikTok Information Services.
Previously, Joshua worked for Amazon where he supported the company’s European financial services entities and provided second-line advisory, regulatory engagement/reporting, and key control oversight.
Prior to that he has had various roles across the financial crime, AML and regulatory compliance space.
Sales Director
Henry Hatton joined Finseta in 2023 as the Sales Director. Henry has extensive experience in the Financial Services and Technology sector, having spent the last 10 years working in deliverable foreign exchange businesses such as Ebury and WorldFirst.
His focus within the organisation is to define and deliver the GTM strategy for the UK.
Before joining Finseta, Henry spent 5 years at WorldFirst, during which the business was acquired by Ant Group, and 4 years at Ebury, where he expanded the business into Southern Europe.
Head of Country - Canada
Cameron Hutchinson brings over seven years of extensive experience in the foreign exchange industry, having excelled both as an individual contributor and a leader for go-to-market teams. His specialisation lies in helping Canadian entities manage and enhance their foreign exchange requirements.
His clientele spans a diverse range, including NGOs, SMEs, listed companies, financial institutions/MSBs, and wealth managers.
With a strong foundation built on years of practical experience and a client-focused approach, Cameron continues to drive value and innovation in the Foreign Exchange sector, making a significant impact on the organisations he collaborates with.
Chief Executive Officer
James has spent over 25 years in the Financial Services industry with the last 20 years’ experience within the FX and payments industries.
Most recently, James was Chief Revenue Officer at Dublin-based fintech business, Fire Financial Services Ltd.
Previously, James spent nearly five years as Chief Commercial Officer at AIM-quoted Equals plc.
Prior to that he was Managing Director at a privately held card & payments business, Caxton FX Ltd.
Chief Finance Officer
Andrew brings 25 years’ experience within the financial
services and insurance industries. Spending 12 years with Chesnara plc., a life insurance and pensions consolidator. He also held the role of CFO of Countrywide Assured plc, for nine years, where he oversaw all financial aspects of strategy and financial management.
Prior to joining Chesnara, Andrew was a Senior Manager within
the Financial Services practice of Deloitte. Andrew is a
Chartered Accountant.

Head of Alternative Banking
Birinder has an extensive background in foreign exchange having spent almost 20 years in the industry working for companies such as Associated Foreign Exchange and Cambridge Mercantile.Most recently, Birinder worked with Freemarket FX where he focused on providing alternative banking solutions to clients globally.With this extensive knowledge and network, Birinder now leads Finsetas alternative banking division which focuses on leveraging our extensive global banking network for industries who may typically face issues around redundancy in their banking network.
Head of FX Dealing
Josh has 10 years in FX dealing roles and account management, bringing a wealth of experience aimed at assisting both private and corporate clients of all sizes.
His focus at Finseta is to support the UK GTM strategy, by ensuring his team provide clients with support, pricing and strategies aimed at simplifying their foreign exposures, allowing them more time to concentrate on their own goals and businesses.
Previously, Josh worked as a Senior Dealer and Analyst at WorldFirst, before moving on to be Head of Private Clients at Argentex PLC.
