Fees and Pricing (UAE)

The pricing below is applicable from March 25th, 2026.
This Fees and Pricing Schedule forms part of, and should be read in conjunction with, the General Terms of Service (the “Terms”). This Schedule sets out the standard fees and charges applicable to the services provided by Finseta.
Finseta may amend this Fees and Pricing Schedule from time to time in accordance with the provisions below.

Material Changes to Fees

Where Finseta makes a material change to any fee, charge or pricing structure that may adversely impact you, Finseta will provide you with not less than thirty (30) days’ prior written notice in a durable medium before such change takes effect.

During this notice period, you will have the right to terminate the relationship in accordance with the Terms without penalty and prior to the effective date of the change.

Finseta may also make non-material changes to this Schedule with reasonable prior notice. Such changes may include:

1. Clarifications
2. Administrative updates
3. Fee reductions
4. Changes that do not materially disadvantage you

Where a change to fees is required as a result of:

1. Applicable law or regulation
2. Regulatory direction
3. Changes imposed by correspondent banks, payment schemes or third-party providers

Finseta may implement such changes on shorter notice where reasonably necessary, and will notify you as soon as practicable.

Client-Specific Pricing

Finseta may agree specific or preferential pricing arrangements with individual clients, whether pursuant to a separate agreement or otherwise agreed in writing.

Where such arrangements apply, those agreed fees shall prevail over the standard fees set out in this Schedule for the relevant client.

Finseta will ensure that any such arrangements are applied in a manner consistent with its regulatory obligations, including the fair treatment of clients.

All applicable fees and charges will be disclosed to you in accordance with the Terms and applicable regulatory requirements. You will be informed of any applicable transaction charges prior to submitting a transaction instruction.

Foreign Exchange (FX) Charges

Foreign exchange transactions are executed at an exchange rate that includes a margin applied to the prevailing market rate. The applicable rate will be displayed to you prior to confirming the transaction.

Payment Charges

Payment charges, unless otherwise communicated, will be calculated using the below pricing at the time of the transaction. You will be able to see the payment charge applicable to your payment prior to initiating the transaction. Please note that the payment charge will be taken in the currency of the transaction.

Please note that additional charges may apply when you make or receive payments in non-local currency to that of the sender/recipient bank or the jurisdiction of your company.
