The Company also announces that Daniel Mackinnon has tendered his resignation from the Board effective 1 November 2022.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simon Charles Bullock, aged 52, has over 30 years&#8217; experience in CFO and other finance roles in public and private companies operating in the\u00a0UK\u00a0and internationally. He began his career at blue-chip companies,\u00a0Mars\u00a0and General Electric, where he held various financial positions up to CFO level. Since then, he has worked in strategic and operational CFO roles primarily for technology and financial services businesses. This includes\u00a0Caxton FX Limited, a provider of foreign exchange, international payments and prepaid cards,\u00a0AIM-quoted Bonhill Group Plc, Merit Group Plc and\u00a0Aurasian Minerals Plc.\u00a0Mr. Bullock, who is a Chartered Management Accountant, will assume the role of Chairman of the Company&#8217;s Audit Committee as well as joining the Remuneration Committee.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">John Duncan Burns, aged 63, has over 40 years&#8217; experience in the payments industry ranging from practical payments management to legal advisory to regulatory and legislative policy development. In particular, he has undertaken substantial work regarding the introduction of the\u00a0European Union&#8217;s\u00a0Payment Services Directive in 2007, including being involved in negotiations as a member of the\u00a0European Payments Council Experts Group\u00a0and the Commission&#8217;s\u00a0Payment Systems Market Experts Group\u00a0and supporting its implementation into\u00a0UK\u00a0law after having joined the\u00a0Financial Services Authority\u00a0(now\u00a0FCA) in\u00a0June 2008. Prior to joining the\u00a0Financial Services Authority\u00a0(FSA), he spent eight years at the\u00a0Association for Payment Clearing Services\u00a0and the\u00a0Payments Council\u00a0where he was\u00a0Legal Adviser and Company\u00a0Secretary to the\u00a0UK\u00a0clearing companies. Other experience includes various positions with\u00a0Clydesdale Bank Plc\u00a0and Lloyds Banking Group.\u00a0Mr Burns\u00a0is currently Managing Director, Payment Services with\u00a0Compliancy Services Limited. It is intended that\u00a0Mr Burns\u00a0will assume the role of Chairman of the Remuneration Committee as well as joining the Audit Committee.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Gareth Edwards, Chairman, said:<\/strong>\u00a0&#8220;We are delighted to welcome Simon and John to Finseta.
