How do I unblock my PIN?

If your PIN is locked, you can easily unlock it by following the steps below in your Finseta account:

Go to your Finseta account at business.finseta.com/log-in.

                                      Enter your email address and password, then enter the Confirmation Code when prompted.

Click on Log In.

Once logged in, click on Cards in the menu.

Click on View Card Details.

Click on Unblock PIN.

Finally, click on Unblock to unlock your PIN.

After following these steps, your PIN will be unlocked and your card is ready to use.
